My cancer diagnosis and treatment has changed my life. Every day is a struggle but it also always brings something new. For one thing I couldn't find my way around a computer before. I was extremely computer illiterate but now I have lots of time to learn and play with it. I can't imagine how I managed to get through my university degree. What a struggle to type papers, do research etc.? I could have saved myself a lot of trouble. Well, I guess there is a time for everything.
I have SO many stories to tell about my adventures through cancer treatment which are quite amusing, sometimes in a morbid kind of way. Finding the humour in the day to day has helped a great deal. I've never laughed as much as I did in the first 3 months of my treatment. Weird? Maybe it helped having my gorgeous Scottish Dr?
