Short Version;
Tried to be active every day, not too much but enough.
Became seriously grouchy.
Crashed.
Spent last week..., okay, almost two weeks in bed including one precious day with me snarling at my sons from underneath my bed covers.
Have started coming out of it.
Feel like I may have lost the ground I gained.
Will get up and do it again.

Balance in everything... finding the balance can be the hardest thing.

On some days, getting up and doing it again is the victory! That's a hard lesson that's taken me a couple of decades to learn.

Wow, I read your blog post and realized mine for today was about the same topic (among a few others) and has a very similar title.
I hope things get better.
Somedays you need to stay in bed, its best for all involved. Remember to take some "me" time. It does not have to be physical, take a mental health day.
