Sorry I've been a bit of an absentee. It's because I've been suffering from some wicked carpel tunnel in both hands. The carpel tunnel led to shoulder pain, which led to sleeping wrong and having severe pain at night, which led to not really sleeping, which led to feeling really ill and not coping with life.
It's been the Spiralling Circle of Death and I feel so dumb that it started with being laid out from my drugs and being on the computer too much for so long. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
So, anyway, I've been staying off the computer completely because that makes it flare up again.
Good news, is since I've been abstaining from my computer, I've sorted out my studio and have painted a little! I have wrist splints and a special pillow to sleep with at night as well as a having my sleeping pills dose bumped up for a week. It's all actually helping quite a bit.
So, I miss being here and have SO much to write about as soon as I am able! I'll be back! Right now I'm going to go have a cup of tea and sit in my studio. See you soon!
