I think I've pulled myself together now. I've splashed a little water on my face and have given myself slap or two. I also read the comment left by Miss Melanoma, thanks Missy!
To be fair to myself, this early menopause makes for strange mood crazies. My prednisone does that too. It's a constant hormonal and emotional dodge ball match.
