Good luck with the op! I hope it fixes the pain and the problems. As for your oldest son, well if he is anything like you, he will have a fairly level head on his shoulders and will just be happy that you are his loving mother.
The gifts I remember most from people in my past are the simple heart felt ones, not the expensive shop bought ones. Make him something that expresses just how proud you are of him and his achievements and show him just how entirely amazing you think he is.
Money can't buy that kind of gift.
I'm sending over a few keep strong vibes mixed with a bit of get up and go energy vibes. With your hectic week you might need them.
